Antenatal & Postnatal support but not physical birth support. You will join my group Birth Prep course to meet other parents, We will then spend 4 Antenatal sessions together and i will be available via whatssapp and phone from 38-42 weeks, we can meet for a handful of coffees and catch ups to talk through anything that may arise for you in that time. You are welcome to notify me when your’re in labour and upgrade at any time until 38 weeks, for birth support. After baby is born i will come to you and offer feeding support and anything else that may help. I will then visit weekly for 8 weeks, bringing food, coffee, helping with washing, holding babe so you can sleep, answering questions, cleaning the house, whatever helps the most.

A full support package starting with my group Birth Prep course (or private if you prefer) then we will meet for 4 antenatal sessions to discuss your choices and your preferences, I can join you for an appointment in later pregnancy should you choose. I provide evidence based antenatal education that is tailored to you and is there to support you in your decision making. I go on call for you from 38-42 weeks and during this time I am available to come to appointments with you if you choose, to answer questions, listen to worries and be on the other end of the phone. I am on call 24/7 for when you go into labour and will be with you until after your baby is born and you are feeding, fed and tucked up with your new family. I will come to your home or hospital for one postnatal visit to support in any way i can with feeding, changing or whatever is most useful.

My most enhanced package offering support from day one to 3 months postpartum. Perfect for first time parents, this support package includes 4 Antenatal sessions where we discuss your plans and go through all your choices. You will also join my group Birth Prep class. You will get access to up to three antenatal events of your choice at lola. I go on call for you from 38-42 weeks and during this time i am available to come to appointments with you if you choose, to asnwer questions, listen to worries and be on the other end of the phone. I am on call 24/7 for when you go into labour and will be with you until after your baby is born and you are feeding, fed and tucked up with your new family. I will visit your home weekly postnatally, with food, support and a warm embrace, to offer any wisdom i can and help with feeding, changing, whatever you may need. We stay in touch via whatssap for 12 weeks postpartum.
