Perhaps you have a birth team all prepped, you feel held and seen by this team, it would be a bonus to have a doula in your pocket, someone to chat to via message and phone calls to support your choices, recomend resources and guide you as you navigate the system. To remind you of your wishes and help ground you when times are hard. A cheerleader in your pocket who knows you and understands your wishes.

Virtual doula (doula in a your pocket) packages start with a face to face meeting if you’re local, or a facetime. So we undertsand one another and know the fit is right. We will cover antenatal questions and concerns and prepare you to feel informed and supported through your pregnancy and birth. Then i am available on the phone and go on call for you incase you or your partner need support, a safe pair of ears, or someone to bounce anything and everything off.
